I was thinking what if you make the admins able to create topics by using URLs only?
for example, i want to create topic about Russia, what if i can drop the link of Russia page from Wikipedia in libarea and let the system create a topic for me based on fetched data?

Он говорит что-то типа «Topic grabber». почти как Twitter card, но достаточно детально. Есть ссылка на источнок, пишеш её в пост, и он автоматом заполняет «Содержимое топика» из этой ссылки.

Если про навигацию, то не думаю, что это хорошая идея.
Навигация, — самая важная часть, что есть на сайте. Все поля необходимо заполнять вручную! Очень скрупулезно, с оглядкой на поисковики и будущую перелинковку внутреннию. А так же структуру и полезность для участников. Чтобы с одной стороны было всё описано, а с другой, не было мешанины из Тем. И создавать темы необходимо только тогда, когда есть хотя бы 10 статей. И т.д.
Создание навигации изначально через URL, стороннего сайта… ХМ…
Какой плюс в этом?
Если про Посты, то в конфиге видимо можно разместить соответствующую настройку. Чтобы можно было создавать только через URL.
