I'm thinking about starting a video sharing website who allows clips from real combats and accidents around the world but less extreme than WatchPeopleDie or Liveleak, in other word, the website should not have blood and close scenes of dead people. it's more like Global news open-source video platform.
What ads network you think may accept such a website?
Are these 2 vc.ru and dtf.ru are using DLE?
