The short answer is, the post will not be deleted. It must not be removed! In the admin panel, such posts will immediately appear that are untied from the Topic (and hang in the void). Admins should link posts to new topics.

The plans include allowing members to create threads. But again, not with a zero level of trust! This navigation and letting everyone in here does not make sense. В планах есть разрешить участникам создавать темы. Но опять, не с нулевого уровня доверия! Эта навигация и пускать сюда всех не имеет смысла. Только тех, кто строит сайт, сообщество и т.д. А для контроля, должны быть механизмы, история. Вот почему на данный момент участники не могут создавать Темы. Нет пока механизмов этих.
